Ordering, made easy.
How does ordering work?
Choose your design and options, add your names, date and wording, then pay at checkout. The studio emails you a digital proof to check. Once you approve it, your stationery is printed and posted. Ready in 3–5 working days, or 5 working days minimum for full invitation sets.
Can I change my wording after I order?
Yes. Small changes are welcome right up until you approve your proof, so reply to the proof email with anything you’d like changed.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.50 by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Europe starts from £8.50, the United States from £12.50 and the rest of the world from £13.50, using Royal Mail International Tracked. Bigger orders weigh more, so they can cost more to send, and your basket shows the exact price before you pay. Import duties or taxes outside the UK are paid by the buyer.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Tap “Add promotion code” on the checkout page and enter your code. You’ll find current codes under “Discount codes” at the bottom of the screen.
Is paying on the website safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe, which also powers checkout for many of the world’s biggest shops. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Pearl & Paper.
Can I return personalised stationery?
Because every order is made just for you, personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. That’s why you approve a proof first. See the terms for the details.
