Pearl & Paper is a small stationery studio in Horsham, West Sussex. Every invitation, menu and chart is designed, printed and finished here by hand, then carefully packed and posted to you. If you need something that doesn’t sit neatly in a category, that’s a commission.

Can I order something ready-made?

Yes — order directly in the website shop and pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prefer Etsy? The same designs are in the Etsy shop too.

Can the wording or date be changed?

Of course. Mention your date and any wording changes when you get in touch and they’ll be built into your design.

Which papers can I choose from?

250gsm White Card, Pearlescent Paper, Hammered Card, Semi-Gloss Photo Paper and Linen Texture — or ask for a paper you have in mind. See the papers for more.

Do you make one-off pieces?

Yes. Menus, place cards, wax-sealed notes or something that doesn’t fit a category — that’s a bespoke commission. Send a note describing what you’d love.

Where do you post to?

Everything is printed in Horsham, West Sussex and posted across the UK and worldwide. Printed stationery ordered through Etsy comes with free UK delivery, and international delivery is available with delivery costs added at checkout. For website orders, your basket shows the delivery price before you pay.

How far ahead should I get in touch?

As early as you can — especially for weddings. Include your date in your enquiry and the studio will confirm timings with you. For your own dates, try the free wedding stationery timeline.

Where is Pearl & Paper based?

Pearl & Paper is a small stationery studio in Horsham, West Sussex. There isn’t a shop to visit: orders are placed online in the website shop, on Etsy or by email, then printed, finished and posted to you.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Most printed designs in the Etsy shop can be ordered as a single sample card first, so you can see and feel the paper before ordering for every guest. In the website shop, look for “Samples available”.

Do you make gothic or Halloween wedding stationery?

Yes. Alongside botanical, rustic and dusty blue and gold designs, there is a full gothic collection: skeleton gatefold invitations, RSVP and menu cards, tarot table numbers and place cards for alternative, dark romance and Halloween weddings.

Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

Yes. For personalised pieces a digital proof is sent before printing, so you can check every name, date and detail.
